Cottage Bed

My son is a grown up boy now and he wants a separate room to enjoy his privacy. I am planning to decorate his new room in a cottage style and someone suggested me to buy a cottage bed. Since the room is quite spacious, we have no space issues, any suggestions and advices are welcome as I am still confused about this bedding option and some other good beds available in the market

I am a mother of a 2-year old daughter and she sleeps with us in our bedroom. But as she is growing, I am planning to move her into her cot. I did some market research and the idea of convert-a-cot actually clicked me at first but I am still in a fix. Any help would be great as I am looking for something different for my girl

Why has it become so difficult for me to shift my toddler boy from our bed to his own cot? We have told him that it is going to be his own space and there will be no Mommy watching over him, despite the temptation he just refuses to shift!
