Refund policy

 

This Returns / Refund Policy applies to all purchases from Bunkers Pty Ltd.


The Bunkers Guarantee

    1. Bunkers Furniture is guaranteed against faults in construction and material for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. 
    2. Bunkers furniture is made with a combination of manufactured and timber components, we do not accept responsibility for any natural characteristics or any slight dents or marks occurring during transportation.
    3. Bunkers will not accept responsibility for any fault or damage caused by improper use of the product, or incorrect assembly by the customer or third party.
    4. This 10-year guarantee is not transferable


This guarantee is in accordance and addition to your rights under Australian Consumer law.


Change of mind

2.1 Please take your time, and make sure you have selected the colour and bunk options you want correctly. Due to the size and weight of our products we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If you are unsure, please contact our friendly staff for assistance.


The Repair/refund/return process

3.1 If you find a fault with your product, contact Bunkers on 1300 661 764 to discuss the matter with our staff.

3.2 Please collect evidentiary materials such as your proof of purchase and photographs/video of the issue and forward them to info@bunkers.com.au along with a detailed description.

3.3 We will work with you to arrange a solution to your issue.

3.4 All products are shipped from, and must be returned to: Bunkers, 1079 South Road, Melrose Park SA 5039, Australia. 

With our extensive experience, our team will work with you to find the best shipping solution. This will vary greatly depending on your product and geographical region.

3.5 Because of the inherent size of our products, shipping may take a little longer than a standard parcel.

3.6  Once received, refunds and returns will be processed within 5 working days. 
Repairs will be inspected within 5 working days. Expected timeframes and costs will be communicated after inspection. 

For all re-deliveries, our 28 day depot departure will apply post processing, unless otherwise communicated.
